When using our services, you agree to:
We commit to delivering route packages within the timeframes specified for each service type, typically 48-72 hours for custom routes. Delivery times may be extended during peak periods, and we will notify you of any delays. You will receive your route package via email to the address provided during booking.
Payment is required at the time of service request. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.
You may cancel your service request within 24 hours of submission for a full refund, provided we have not yet begun detailed route planning. Once route planning has commenced, cancellations are subject to a 50% fee to cover research time invested. Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
For seasonal subscription services, refunds are prorated based on the number of route collections remaining in your subscription period.
We offer one round of minor revisions within 7 days of delivering your route package at no additional cost. Minor revisions include adjustments to timing, alternative accommodation suggestions, or corrections to factual errors. Substantial changes requiring new research may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before work begins.
